View Point Residence

View Point Residence is set on a Hill with panoramic and beautiful seaview, in quiet surrounding, and tropical garden, Swimming Pool is available for the guests. We have one home and two bungalows to rent. We can rent the whole place, or one bungalow, or the house. The residence is safe for the families and friends who want to enjoy their ration in a secluded place with a very nice panoramic view.

The House is finely furnished and decorated with lounge. There is the 200 sq.m. with ample terrace and a fully-equipped western kitchen being convenient for the families and friends.

1) Ground Floor - 1 Dining Room

2) First Floor - 2 Bedrooms with double bed(King-size Bed, extra bed can be added)

• 1 Shower outside on the terrace.
• The terrace has table, chairs, arm-chair, and sofa.
• The windows and sliding doors having mosquito mesh so that the guest can open the window to get the fresh air from outside.

There are 2 Bungalows with the size of 50 sq.m. with 2 terraces.

Our house and Bungalows are cleaned every four days for the long-staying reservations. For the daily rental, there is the daily service. There is an ample stack of bed and towels for the convenience of the guests. Attentively, the guests can hire a cook or a private daily maid if they need the service.
