Отель принадлежит сети Amari, как следствие отличный сервис, заселялись через asiahotels.ru. Стильный отель с качественным ремонтом и отделкой, интересным дизайном комнат и бассейна - нам очень понравилось. Номера в стиле Хай Тек. Очень чисто, тапочки и халат в номере есть. Правда, есть номера уже требующие ремонта. Вообще, в этом году поразились, как можно было «убить так ремонт» за три года. Из окна отличный вид на бассейн, который очень красиво сделан. Около бассейна играет музыка и работает бармен, который любит устраивать маленькие шоу, при приготовлении коктейлей. Очень дружелюбный и внимательный персонал. Любят детей, и с радостью с ними играют. Мы жили в течении 26 дней, стали как родные. Очень приятно, когда повар приветствует. Отель находится около легендарной улицы Волкинг Стрит. Недалеко от порта Хали-Бей. Что очень удобно при поездках на острова. Бесплатный интернет. На первом этаже можно заказать любые экскурсии. На улице, рядом с отелем можно заказать экскурсии с русскоговорящими гидами. В номерах чисто и уютно, очень красиво укладывали полотенца (зайчики, лебеди, свинки). Отличный массажный кабинет, где можно пройти спа процедуры. Практически нет русских. Завтраки с 6-00 до 11-00, очень вкусные. Чудная выпечка.
Недостатки: 1)построили 3-е здание. И ещё идёт стройка. Не знаю, если ещё здание введут, бассейн будет окружён коробками. В этом году уже было мало солнца возле бассейна…Третий корпус закрывал его. Приходилось уходить на второй этаж.
2)в этом году было очень много индусов, которые очень шумели. "
